Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information FromOne collects when you use our platform, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We built FromOne for jewelry brands. We understand that your product photos, pricing, and business data are sensitive. We treat your information with that respect.

When you use FromOne, we collect:

Account information — your name, email address, and brand name when you register or submit a waitlist form.

Product photos — images you upload for visual generation. These are processed by our AI system and stored temporarily on our servers (Cloudflare R2) for delivery to you.

Generated images — the Hero, Styled, and Lifestyle outputs we create for you. These are stored permanently so you can re-download them at any time from fromone.ai/history.

Usage data — how many SKUs you've generated, when, and your subscription status. Used to enforce quota limits and billing.

Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. FromOne never sees or stores your card number.

Device and browser information — basic technical data (browser type, device type) collected automatically for performance monitoring. No fingerprinting.

We use your information to:

Deliver the service — process your product photos, generate images, and send them to your email inbox.

Manage your subscription — track your monthly SKU usage, reset quotas on your billing date, and process payments via Stripe.

Communicate with you — send generation confirmation emails, delivery emails, and important account notices. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Improve the platform — analyse aggregate usage patterns to improve generation quality and platform performance. We never use individual customer data for model training without explicit permission.

Legal compliance — maintain records as required by applicable law.

Your uploaded product photos are processed solely to generate your requested outputs. We do not sell, share, or publish your original photos.

Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 (our image storage) under a path tied to your job ID. They are not publicly accessible — only you and our generation system can access them.

We retain your original upload for 90 days after generation, then delete it. Your generated images remain available indefinitely at fromone.ai/history.

Free Sample Users: When you use the free sample generation, you agree that FromOne may use the resulting Generated Images for marketing, portfolio display, case studies, and social media. If you prefer we do not use your images, email us at hello@fromone.ai within 7 days of generation and we will remove them.

Paid Subscribers: Generated Images from paid subscriptions are yours exclusively. We will not use them for any marketing purpose without your explicit written consent.

If you are featured on fromone.ai/brands, you have given us explicit permission to display your brand and selected images. You may request removal at any time.

We share your data only with services required to operate the platform:

Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare R2 — image storage. Files stored in US data centers.

Resend — email delivery. Used to send you your generated images and account emails.

Neon — database. Stores your account details and generation records. US-based PostgreSQL.

OpenAI — powers our Visual Engine. Your uploaded photos are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI's data handling policies apply. We do not send your personal details (name, email) to OpenAI — only the image files.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

FromOne uses minimal cookies:

Session cookies — to remember your free sample usage (prevents duplicate free samples). These expire after 30 days.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. No Facebook Pixel. No Google Analytics. We use basic server-side logging only.

We use industry-standard security practices:

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Images are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access controls. Database credentials are rotated regularly. API keys are stored as environment variables, never in code.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact hello@fromone.ai immediately.

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.

Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data. We will delete your personal information within 30 days. Generated image URLs may persist in our CDN cache for up to 7 days after deletion.

Portability — request your generation history in a structured format.

Opt-out — opt out of any marketing use of your generated images at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fromone.ai. We respond personally within 48 hours.

FromOne is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

FromOne is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the platform from outside the US — including from India (IIJS, SEEPZ) or other jurisdictions — your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

By using FromOne, you consent to this transfer. We apply the same privacy standards regardless of where you are located.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top and notify active subscribers by email.

We will never materially reduce your privacy rights without clear notice and the opportunity to delete your account.
