Who We Are

FromOne is an AI-powered platform built exclusively for independent jewelry brands. We provide visual generation, inventory management, and trade show tools. These Terms govern your use of fromone.ai and all FromOne products and services.

By accessing or using FromOne, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Your Account

You must provide a valid email address to use FromOne. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You may not share your account credentials with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@fromone.ai.

What You Upload

You retain full ownership of any product photos, designs, or materials you upload to FromOne ("Your Content").

By uploading content, you grant FromOne a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the sole purpose of generating your requested visual outputs. We do not sell your content or share it with third parties.

You represent that you own or have the right to use everything you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on someone else's intellectual property.

Generated Images — Ownership & Usage

Images generated by FromOne's Visual Engine from your uploaded photos ("Generated Images") belong to you. You may use them for any commercial or personal purpose without restriction — catalog, social media, trade shows, advertising, or any other use.

Free Sample: When you use the free sample generation, you agree that FromOne may use the resulting Generated Images for marketing, portfolio, case studies, and social media unless you notify us otherwise at hello@fromone.ai within 7 days of generation.

Paid Subscribers: Generated Images from paid subscriptions are yours exclusively. FromOne will not use them for marketing without your explicit written permission.

Subscriptions & Billing

FromOne offers monthly subscription plans. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

SKU quotas reset on your monthly billing date. Unused SKUs do not roll over to the next month.

Founding Brand pricing is locked forever at the rate you subscribed — we will never increase it for you.

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Payments are processed by Stripe. FromOne does not store your payment card details.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FromOne to generate images of jewelry or products you do not own or have authorization to represent. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform. You may not use FromOne for any illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation times may vary. If a generation fails, we will either regenerate at no charge or restore the SKU to your monthly quota.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Intellectual Property

FromOne, the Visual Engine, and all platform technology are owned by FromOne Inc. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without written permission.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your rights, contact us at hello@fromone.ai.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FromOne's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Generated images are AI-produced — we make no guarantee they will be accepted by any particular marketplace or platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email.

Continued use of FromOne after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
